It seems that after a small update yesterday something went wrong on the server sv01.
Most likely the issue is a broken PAM system which causes blocking of all logins, including mailboxes.
This issue is being looked into. Since remote logins aren't possible, this needs to be done hands on in the Datacenter.
Downtime is to be expected tomorrow morning during reboots.
At the moment all web services are up. You can log in to your websites, however FTP, SSH and mail are not currenly possible.
I will post updates tomorrow.
I am sorry for this major unexpected inconvenience.
Update:
After logging in we found a shadow file being renamed by the system which blocked all system logins.
This has been corrected and login over ftp, ssh, mail has been restored.
As to why this has happened is still being looked into, it may have been a hic-up.
The server sv01 has been rebooted once, downtime was a few minutes.
