We are experiencing networking issues in our Rotterdam location. We are currently working on multiple solutions to fix the affected problems. An update on the situation is expected around 14:30 today.

Update 13:10:
The network issue is affecting only part of our network. Affected clients experience disrupted network services. If your server is completely unreachable, please submit a ticket to i3D technical support; onsite staff will check your server.

Update 13:35:
We have identified three issues:
- Colocation customers experiencing bad network connections; customers are behind HP 5300 core switches; these switches are replaced within 30 minutes
- servers completely down; we have already repaired a few servers by replacing broken hardware. If clients cannot reach their server completely, please submit a ticket to our technical staff. These problems are solved on individual basis; we have 200 servers on stock to create a solution once a hardware issue has been found
- high latency on specific international routes; being resolved by our network team and bandwidth providers

Update 14:30:
We have replaced the colocation core switches and resolved performance issues. We are checking all colocation services one by one to confirm. If your colocation service still has issues, please submit a ticket with subject "colocation troubleshooting".

Update 15:30:
The network issue is now limited to a number of colocation customers and we are working on the solution.
If non colocation customers still experience problems - please contact customer care to have your server checked.

Update 16:10:
Colocation network connections have been resolved. We are still monitoring the situation - an update will follow.

Update 17:30:
Additional 10 gbit transit capacity has been connected in our facility.
