You can use your emailaccount of course also locally through Thunderbird, Outlook Express and others. When creating the emailaccount (see the documentation for your specific client) use the credentials you have received from us by email. Any additional emailusers you have created in your Virtualmin control panel have their own password for receiving email.

To send email an additional user will need to use his/hers own smtp credentials from their ISP, or you can give them your password for the main smtp account. The latter is not preferred as it holds potential risks.
